1. About InstaKids
InstaKids allows users to watch short videos, sign in with Google, create a creator profile, upload videos for review, and view approved kid-safe content.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information:
- Google Sign-In information such as name, email, and profile photo
- Creator profile details such as display name, username, bio, and avatar
- Uploaded videos and captions submitted for review
- Basic engagement data such as views, likes, dislikes, and follows
- Device and app performance data used for security and improvement
3. Children’s Privacy
InstaKids is designed for children and families. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from children. If we discover that information has been collected in a way that does not meet child safety requirements, we will delete it as soon as possible.
4. Content Safety and Moderation
All creator uploads are reviewed before appearing in the public feed. Videos containing violence, weapons, blood, dangerous actions, scary content, bullying, abuse, sexual content, harmful behavior, or other inappropriate material are not allowed.
Users can report inappropriate content. Reported content may be removed, blocked, or further reviewed by our moderation team.
5. How We Use Information
- To provide login and creator profile features
- To review and moderate uploaded videos
- To show approved videos in the public feed
- To improve app performance and safety
- To prevent abuse, unsafe content, and policy violations
6. Advertising
InstaKids may use Google AdMob to show ads. Ads are configured to be appropriate for children and families. Personalized advertising is disabled where required, and child-directed treatment settings may be applied.

InstaKids may use the following third-party services:
- Firebase Authentication for Google Sign-In
- Google AdMob for advertising
- Google Play Services
- Backend hosting and database services for app functionality
8. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable security measures to protect user information, uploaded videos, and creator profiles. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect data from unauthorized access or misuse.
9. Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their profile, uploads, or related data by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
