1. About InstaKids

InstaKids is a family-friendly short video app designed to provide a safer and more moderated experience for children, families, and creators. The app allows users to watch short videos, upload videos for review, access creator tools, and use safety features such as reporting and blocking.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using InstaKids, creating an account, signing in, uploading content, or interacting with the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use InstaKids, you are responsible for supervising the child’s use of the app and ensuring that the child follows these Terms.

3. Parent or Guardian Responsibility

InstaKids is intended to be used in a safe and supervised manner. Parents and guardians should guide children about online safety, including not sharing personal information, not communicating with strangers outside the app, and reporting anything that feels unsafe or inappropriate.

Some app actions, such as uploads or support-related actions, may include safety reminders or parental gates to help protect younger users.

4. Child Safety Rules

Users must not share or upload:

• Home address, school address, phone number, or private contact details.
• Passwords, OTPs, account details, or financial information.
• Private conversations or screenshots containing personal information.
• Content that encourages unsafe real-world meetings or contact.
• Content that targets, bullies, threatens, or harasses another person.

5. User-Generated Content

Users may upload videos, captions, profile information, and other content where available. You are responsible for the content you submit. You must only upload content that you have the right to share and that follows these Terms.

Uploading content does not guarantee that it will appear in the public feed. InstaKids may review, reject, remove, restrict, or moderate content at any time for safety, quality, legal, or policy reasons.

6. Upload Review and Moderation

Videos uploaded to InstaKids may be reviewed before they appear in the public feed. Content may be rejected if it appears unsafe, inappropriate, misleading, harmful, low quality, spam-like, or not suitable for a family-friendly audience.

InstaKids may use automated systems, manual review, or admin moderation to help protect users. Moderation decisions may include approval, rejection, removal, account restrictions, or blocking access to certain features.

7. Reporting and Blocking

InstaKids provides safety controls that allow users to report inappropriate content or block creators/users where available. Reports may be reviewed by the InstaKids team and may result in content removal, account action, or other safety measures.

If you believe content is unsafe, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate for children, please report it inside the app or contact support.

8. Prohibited Content

Users must not upload, post, or promote content that includes:

• Adult, sexual, violent, hateful, or graphic material.
• Bullying, harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
• Dangerous challenges, self-harm, or harmful instructions.
• Scams, spam, misleading claims, or impersonation.
• Private information of any child or other person.
• Copyrighted content that the user does not have permission to share.
• Any content that is illegal or unsuitable for a child-safe platform.

9. Account Suspension or Removal

InstaKids may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these Terms, upload prohibited content, misuse reporting tools, attempt to bypass moderation, or create safety risks for other users.

We may also remove content or accounts when required by law, platform rules, child safety obligations, or app store policies.

10. App Use and Availability

We work to keep InstaKids available and safe, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device. Features may change, be improved, removed, limited, or updated over time.

11. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect users, and how parents or guardians can contact us about privacy or deletion requests.

12. Apple Standard EULA

For users who download InstaKids from the Apple App Store, these Terms apply together with Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where applicable.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our app, safety features, legal requirements, or platform policies. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the latest update date.
