Need help with InstaKids? Find quick fixes, safety guidance, reporting steps, blocking information, and support contact details below.
InstaKids allows creators to upload short videos for review. Uploaded videos do not appear publicly immediately. Videos may be reviewed before they appear in the public reels feed.
InstaKids is designed for a safer, family-friendly experience. Children should use the app with parent or guardian guidance. Users should never share private information such as home address, school address, phone number, passwords, OTPs, or personal contact details.
If something feels unsafe, uncomfortable, inappropriate, or suspicious, stop interacting with that content and report it inside the app or contact support.
If you see a reel that you believe is inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, misleading, or not suitable for children, please report it inside the app.
Our team may review reports and may remove content, restrict creators, or take other safety actions when necessary.
InstaKids provides blocking or hiding controls where available. If you do not want to see content from a creator, you can use the app’s block or hide option from the reel options menu or creator profile area where available.
Users, parents, or guardians can request deletion of account data, creator profile data, uploaded videos, or related personal information by contacting support.
Parents and guardians may contact us for child safety questions, privacy requests, content removal requests, data deletion requests, or help with reporting unsafe content.
We take child safety concerns seriously and will review valid safety-related requests as soon as reasonably possible.
Email us and we will help as soon as possible.
