Before applying for a local stall or exhibition
- Check whether a pitch is on a council market, temporary fair or private event.
- Ask about pitch fees, public liability insurance, tables and electricity.
- Confirm market-trading licences or permissions with the organiser and relevant council.
BookEventStall collects an application service fee only when checkout is enabled. The event organiser selects vendors and separately arranges any stall rental. A submitted application does not guarantee a stall.

Can I book a stall in every area listed above?
No. The area names explain the geographic coverage we are researching. You can apply only to a genuine approved event shown on its own event-details page and accepting applications.
