Troubleshooting

• For OTP issues: ensure the SIM is active and DND isn’t blocking service SMS.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register and log in?
Install the app from Google Play, tap “Continue with Phone Number,” enter your number, and verify with OTP. If you face issues receiving OTP, wait 60 seconds and tap “Resend OTP,” or check your network/Do Not Disturb settings.
How do I apply for a stall?
Open the app → choose an event → tap “Apply for Stall.” Fill your business details, upload any required documents/images, and submit. You can track your application status from “My Applications.”
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely via UPI / supported gateways shown in the app. After a successful payment, you’ll see a confirmation screen and receive a receipt in the app. If a payment fails, you won’t be charged and you can try again.
Where do I see my application or pass details?
Go to the bottom navigation → “My Applications” or “My Passes.” Tap any item to view status, QR codes (if applicable), invoices, and event instructions.
I made a mistake in my application. Can I edit?
If your application is still under review, you can request an edit via email at bookeventstall@gmail.com with your Application ID. If it’s already approved or allocated, edits may be limited by organizer rules.
App not loading or crashing?
Make sure you’re on the latest version from Google Play. Try clearing cache (Settings → Apps → BookEventStall → Storage → Clear Cache) and ensure a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, contact us with your device model and app version.
How can I delete my account or request my data?
Email bookeventstall@gmail.com from your registered email with the subject “Data Deletion Request – BookEventStall.” We verify ownership and process requests as per our Privacy Policy.
