Invite stallholders to your UK market or exhibition
Help potential stallholders understand a specific craft fair, market, fête, food event or trade exhibition. Show the actual town, venue, dates and pitch conditions instead of relying on a generic contact page.
Signup uses the existing name, email, password and phone form. New events require review before publication.
Event types you can submit
- Craft fairs and artisan markets
- Town festivals, fêtes and seasonal fairs
- Food, farm and community markets
- Trade fairs and exhibition stands
These are supported listing categories, not claims that any specific event is live.
Make your listing useful to local vendors
Show town and exact venue
Include the real town or city, venue name and correct dates. Avoid treating a hall or organiser name as a city.
Explain pitch arrangements
Specify indoor or outdoor pitch type, size, tables, electricity, setup times, permitted products and your separate pitch rent.
Explain trading expectations
Mention food registration, insurance, council licences or other restrictions only when relevant to the event or trading activity.
Checklist before submitting for review
- Correct town/city, venue and event dates
- Original cover image and clear trader information
- Pitch type, accepted products and availability
- Organiser contact, requirements and rent/cancellation terms
How publishing and vendor applications work
- 1.Create an organiser account
Sign up with your event organisation name, email, phone and password. Existing organisers keep using their original login.
- 2.Save an accurate draft
Add event dates, location, real images, description and stall information in the familiar event editor.
- 3.Submit for review
The event enters a review queue. It does not appear as a live BookEventStall listing until approved.
- 4.Respond to vendors
If applications are enabled, review incoming applications, contact vendors, and independently arrange any stall allocation or rental.
An application-service fee, where enabled, is paid to BookEventStall. It does not guarantee a stall and is not the same as an organiser’s booth or pitch rental.
Questions organisers ask
Can UK stallholders submit applications online?
An approved BookEventStall event can receive applications when its country and event application features are enabled.
Are council trading licences always required?
No universal rule applies. Check the particular council, venue and product category, then publish the rules relevant to your event.
