1. About BES WonderHop

BES WonderHop is a moderated short-video and casual entertainment app intended for users age 13 and older, including teens and adults. The app allows users to watch short videos, play casual games, upload videos for review, access creator tools, and use safety features such as reporting and blocking.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using BES WonderHop, creating an account, signing in, uploading content, or interacting with the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

Some public content can be viewed without signing in. Certain creator, upload, profile, or account features may require authentication using a supported sign-in service.

3. Age Eligibility

BES WonderHop is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. A higher minimum age may apply in some countries or regions. If you are a minor, you are responsible for using the app in accordance with any consent or supervision requirements that apply under local law.

BES WonderHop is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that an account has been created or personal information has been provided by someone below the applicable minimum age in a way that is not permitted, we may restrict the account or take steps to remove the information.

4. Safety and Privacy Rules

Users must not share or upload:

• Home address, school address, phone number, or private contact details.
• Passwords, OTPs, account details, or financial information.
• Private conversations or screenshots containing personal information.
• Content that encourages unsafe real-world meetings or contact.
• Content that targets, bullies, threatens, or harasses another person.

5. User-Generated Content

Users may upload videos, captions, profile information, and other content where available. You are responsible for the content you submit. You must only upload content that you have the right to share and that follows these Terms.

Uploading content does not guarantee that it will appear in the public feed. BES WonderHop may review, reject, remove, restrict, or moderate content at any time for safety, quality, legal, or policy reasons.

6. Upload Review and Moderation

Videos uploaded to BES WonderHop may be reviewed before they appear in the public feed. Content may be rejected if it appears unsafe, inappropriate, misleading, harmful, low quality, spam-like, or not suitable for a moderated 13+ audience.

BES WonderHop may use automated systems, manual review, or admin moderation to help protect users. Moderation decisions may include approval, rejection, removal, account restrictions, or blocking access to certain features.

7. Reporting and Blocking

BES WonderHop provides safety controls that allow users to report inappropriate content or block creators/users where available. Reports may be reviewed by the BES WonderHop team and may result in content removal, account action, or other safety measures.

If you believe content is unsafe, harmful, abusive, or violates these Terms, please report it inside the app or contact support.

8. Prohibited Content

Users must not upload, post, or promote content that includes:

• Adult, sexual, violent, hateful, or graphic material.
• Bullying, harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
• Dangerous challenges, self-harm, or harmful instructions.
• Scams, spam, misleading claims, or impersonation.
• Private or sensitive personal information of another person.
• Copyrighted content that the user does not have permission to share.
• Any content that is illegal or unsuitable for a moderated 13+ platform.

9. Account Suspension or Removal

BES WonderHop may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these Terms, upload prohibited content, misuse reporting tools, attempt to bypass moderation, or create safety risks for other users.

We may also remove content or accounts when required by law, platform rules, user-safety obligations, legal requirements, or app store policies.

10. App Use and Availability

We work to keep BES WonderHop available and safe, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device. Features may change, be improved, removed, limited, or updated over time.

11. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect users, and how users can contact us about privacy or deletion requests.

12. Apple Standard EULA

For users who download BES WonderHop from the Apple App Store, these Terms apply together with Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where applicable.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our app, safety features, legal requirements, or platform policies. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the latest update date.
