BES WonderHop allows creators to upload short videos for review. Uploaded videos do not appear publicly immediately. Videos may be reviewed before they appear in the public video feed.
BES WonderHop is intended for users age 13 and older, including teens and adults. The app is not intended for children under 13. Users should never share private information such as home address, school address, phone number, passwords, OTPs, or private contact details in public profiles, captions, or videos.
If something feels unsafe, uncomfortable, inappropriate, or suspicious, stop interacting with that content and report it inside the app or contact support.
If you see a video that you believe is inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, misleading, or violates BES WonderHop’s community rules, please report it inside the app.
Our team may review reports and may remove content, restrict creators, or take other safety actions when necessary.
BES WonderHop provides blocking or hiding controls where available. If you do not want to see content from a creator, you can use the app’s block or hide option from the video options menu or creator profile area where available.
Users can request deletion of account data, creator profile data, uploaded videos, or related personal information by contacting support. Where applicable by law, a parent or guardian may submit a privacy request on behalf of a minor.
