Request Account & Data Deletion

BES WonderHop allows public videos to be watched without an account. Google Sign-In and, on iOS, Sign in with Apple may be used for creator and account features. If you created or connected an account, you can request deletion of your account and associated data using the steps below.

What data will be deleted?

• Your creator profile
• Your display name, username, bio, and avatar
• Your uploaded videos and captions
• Your account-linked likes, follows, saves, and related app activity

How to request deletion

Send an email to the address below from the same sign-in email used in BES WonderHop when possible. If you used Sign in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, you may use the private relay email associated with your BES WonderHop account.

Include this information

• Your sign-in email or Apple private relay email used in BES WonderHop
• Your BES WonderHop username, if available
• A short message saying you want your account deleted

Processing time

We will review and process deletion requests within 7 to 30 days. Some information may be retained only if required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or compliance reasons.

Important note

Once your account and associated data are deleted, your videos, creator profile, and related activity may not be recoverable.
