How to find and apply for an event stall
1.Choose the right type of opportunity
Check whether the event is a consumer pop-up, seasonal retail market, food festival or professional trade exhibition. Ask whether your products and business type are eligible.
2.Prepare your business information
Keep your trade licence details, product photos, trading name and a short description ready. Individual organisers and local authorities may request additional documents.
3.Review the location and real costs
Confirm dates, venue, stall dimensions, electricity, build-up access, permits, deposits and the organiser’s rental price before you commit.
4.Apply, then confirm with the organiser
Submit your application, monitor its review status and obtain the organiser’s written acceptance and payment instructions for stall rent.
