List your exhibition or pop-up market in the UAE
Invite brands to apply to your real trade exhibition, shopping festival, pop-up market or community event. Complete venue, date and exhibitor information helps vendors understand the opportunity before submitting an application.
Signup uses the existing name, email, password and phone form. New events require review before publication.
Event types you can submit
- Professional exhibitions and B2B trade fairs
- Lifestyle, fashion and shopping pop-ups
- Market kiosks, food festivals and community fairs
These are supported listing categories, not claims that any specific event is live.
Make your listing useful to local vendors
Name the real city and venue
Use the correct emirate, venue, dates and local timezone. Do not enter a shopping-mall or event-brand name in the city field.
Describe the kind of stand
Explain whether you offer kiosks, retail stalls, shell-scheme stands or space-only plots, plus facilities and the rental terms handled by your team.
State participation conditions
Clearly describe product categories, selection criteria and any relevant trade licence, venue, municipal or food requirements. Rules vary by event and emirate.
Checklist before submitting for review
- Confirmed dates and venue with accurate city/emirate
- Original poster and public event description
- Stand type, space or stall count and accepted categories
- Organizer contact, review method and separate rental terms
How publishing and vendor applications work
- 1.Create an organiser account
Sign up with your event organisation name, email, phone and password. Existing organisers keep using their original login.
- 2.Save an accurate draft
Add event dates, location, real images, description and stall information in the familiar event editor.
- 3.Submit for review
The event enters a review queue. It does not appear as a live BookEventStall listing until approved.
- 4.Respond to vendors
If applications are enabled, review incoming applications, contact vendors, and independently arrange any stall allocation or rental.
An application-service fee, where enabled, is paid to BookEventStall. It does not guarantee a stall and is not the same as an organiser’s booth or pitch rental.
Questions organisers ask
Can I publish my Dubai exhibition immediately?
You can save a draft. New submissions are reviewed before becoming public; approval is not automatic.
Does a BookEventStall application pay the organiser’s stand rent?
No. Any BookEventStall application fee is separate. Organisers handle stand allocation and rental directly.
