Before applying for a local stall or exhibition

  1. Ask about application deadlines, jury selection and booth dimensions.
  2. Check local sales-tax permits, insurance and food-vending permissions where applicable.
  3. Confirm vendor booth rent and the event organiser’s cancellation policy separately.

BookEventStall collects an application service fee only when checkout is enabled. The event organiser selects vendors and separately arranges any stall rental. A submitted application does not guarantee a stall.

Questions from local vendors

Is applying for a US festival the same as booking a booth?

Not necessarily. The organiser reviews the vendor application and may charge separate booth rent or require permits and insurance.

Can I book a stall in every area listed above?

No. The area names explain the geographic coverage we are researching. You can apply only to a genuine approved event shown on its own event-details page and accepting applications.
