List your festival, craft fair or trade show in the USA
Bring vendor application details together for a real festival, maker market, food event or industry trade show. Accurate city and state information, application criteria and event dates make local discovery more useful.
Signup uses the existing name, email, password and phone form. New events require review before publication.
Event types you can submit
- Craft fairs, artist markets and maker festivals
- Community and seasonal celebrations
- Food vendor and food-truck events
- Expos and convention exhibitor booths
These are supported listing categories, not claims that any specific event is live.
Make your listing useful to local vendors
Use an accurate city and state
Give the confirmed host city, state and venue. A venue name or neighborhood alone should not replace city data.
Explain vendor selection
Specify eligible categories, any jury or selection process, application deadlines, booth sizes and included services.
Clarify local operating rules
Include your actual sales-tax, permit, insurance, food-service or setup requirements where relevant; they vary by location and event.
Checklist before submitting for review
- Confirmed venue, city, state and show dates
- Original event poster and useful overview
- Booth categories, limits and application criteria
- Vendor contact and organizer-managed booth rental terms
How publishing and vendor applications work
- 1.Create an organiser account
Sign up with your event organisation name, email, phone and password. Existing organisers keep using their original login.
- 2.Save an accurate draft
Add event dates, location, real images, description and stall information in the familiar event editor.
- 3.Submit for review
The event enters a review queue. It does not appear as a live BookEventStall listing until approved.
- 4.Respond to vendors
If applications are enabled, review incoming applications, contact vendors, and independently arrange any stall allocation or rental.
An application-service fee, where enabled, is paid to BookEventStall. It does not guarantee a stall and is not the same as an organiser’s booth or pitch rental.
Questions organisers ask
Can I post a festival even if vendor bookings are not open yet?
You can save a draft and submit for review once accurate public details are available. Do not advertise that applications are open when they are not.
Does an approved application guarantee a booth?
No. The organizer makes booth selection and handles any rental contract.
