List an event and invite vendors in Canada

Publish real craft fairs, holiday markets and exhibitor booths with venue, dates, organizer details and available space. Only approved events appear publicly.

Signup uses the existing name, email, password and phone form. New events require review before publication.

Event types you can submit

  • Craft fairs
  • Maker market vendor applications
  • Trade show exhibitor booths
  • Holiday craft fairs, winter markets and trade expos

These are supported listing categories, not claims that any specific event is live.

Make your listing useful to local vendors

Step 1

Publish accurate local details

Include venue, city, address and correct time zone for the event.

Step 2

Explain exhibitor terms

Sales-tax registration, health permits, insurance and vendor licensing can differ by municipality and province. Check requirements for the actual event venue.

Step 3

Show the event to relevant vendors

Add an authentic image, allowed product categories and a clear application deadline.

Checklist before submitting for review

  • Real event venue, city, date and local-time details
  • Products, clear images, stall or stand dimensions
  • Relevant local permissions, insurance and organizer conditions
  • Application-review status, separate rent and cancellation terms

Payments remain disabled in newly added countries until pricing and merchant compliance checks are completed.

How publishing and vendor applications work

  1. 1.
    Create an organiser account

Sign up with your event organisation name, email, phone and password. Existing organisers keep using their original login.

  2. 2.
    Save an accurate draft

Add event dates, location, real images, description and stall information in the familiar event editor.

  3. 3.
    Submit for review

The event enters a review queue. It does not appear as a live BookEventStall listing until approved.

  4. 4.
    Respond to vendors

If applications are enabled, review incoming applications, contact vendors, and independently arrange any stall allocation or rental.

An application-service fee, where enabled, is paid to BookEventStall. It does not guarantee a stall and is not the same as an organiserโ€™s booth or pitch rental.

Questions organisers ask

How do I find craft fairs, holiday markets and exhibitor booths in Canada?

Browse the approved Canada events on BookEventStall. Listings may be empty until local organizers submit real opportunities.

Does applying online guarantee an event stall?

No. Organizers decide whom to accept and collect any separate stall rent. A platform application is not a stand reservation.
