List a market or expo seeking stallholders in Australia

Publish clear information for Australian makers, food traders, market stalls and trade exhibitors. Specific venue and trading details help the right vendors assess the event before they apply.

Signup uses the existing name, email, password and phone form. New events require review before publication.

Event types you can submit

  • Makers, artisan and weekend markets
  • Night, food and community markets
  • Seasonal fairs and shopping events
  • Retail and industry trade expos

These are supported listing categories, not claims that any specific event is live.

Make your listing useful to local vendors

Step 1

Check suburb, city and local time

Provide venue, suburb, the correct city/state and local event times. Australia has multiple time zones; dates should match your actual venue.

Step 2

Describe stall facilities

Show pitch dimensions, marquees, parking, bump-in/bump-out hours, electricity and weather arrangements where relevant.

Step 3

List practical trader conditions

Clarify relevant public liability insurance, food registration, permits, trading rules and organizer collection of rent.

Checklist before submitting for review

  • Confirmed event location, suburb/city and dates
  • Real event cover photo and description
  • Stall capacities, categories and included facilities
  • Organiser contact, applicable insurance and separate rental terms

How publishing and vendor applications work

  1. 1.
    Create an organiser account

Sign up with your event organisation name, email, phone and password. Existing organisers keep using their original login.

  2. 2.
    Save an accurate draft

Add event dates, location, real images, description and stall information in the familiar event editor.

  3. 3.
    Submit for review

The event enters a review queue. It does not appear as a live BookEventStall listing until approved.

  4. 4.
    Respond to vendors

If applications are enabled, review incoming applications, contact vendors, and independently arrange any stall allocation or rental.

An application-service fee, where enabled, is paid to BookEventStall. It does not guarantee a stall and is not the same as an organiser’s booth or pitch rental.

Questions organisers ask

Can Australian events be listed before paid vendor checkout launches?

Yes, events may be submitted for review. Whether paid applications are available depends on current country settings.

Do all market stallholders need the same insurance?

No. Requirements depend on the organiser, venue, jurisdiction and activity; confirm them for your own event.
